MSF Assembly was founded by Melanie Feldman, a product and operations executive with more than 15 years experience across fashion, consumer goods and enterprise technology.

Her career began where product actually gets made- leading development and production, managing domestic and global manufacturing, sourcing materials, negotiating costs, building teams and creating the processes that move product from concept to customer. Her experience spans luxury fashion, bridal and consumer goods including established brands and growing newbies building their operational foundation.

On the technology side, Melanie worked within an operating enterprise platform across product discovery, business processes and UX- working between users, product teams and engineers to translate real-world requirements as an experienced user into technology that better supports the business.
